National Treasure: Book of Secrets - By Shadow Link
It has been awhile since I saw the first film but if I can remember correctly, I enjoyed it. I say this because I like Adventure films, especially the kind that mix comedy and action within them which is what the National Treasure films both do nicely.
I entered the cinema and started watching the film, it started off with the Abraham Lincoln Assassination to bring the epic 'start' to the film, it had me into it almost straight away, but after that first scene the film got pretty quite for about 40 minutes then woke me up again with some high tensity moments, I will not specify what for spoilers sake, but there was some pretty explosive scenes ranging from a car chase to running from police, so there is the share of action with the adventure. However the storyline seems just a bit like the old film and being a sequel to such a good film it did a pretty decent job.
I have no reason to extremely doubt this film, I really don't but it came out at around the same time for all the other big action flicks but stands up to most of them. Saying this doesn't mean it is great nor bad, but it defiantly is not average, above average would be a great way to put it which gets me to the scoring time, 7.6 I think is a healthy choice, it could of done a bit better with the storyline but that's pretty much it.
